About Us

Our firm was established by William “Bill” Thode who practiced civil and commercial litigation for over a decade before transitioning to family law. Mr. Thode obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from the George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., with special recognition for trial advocacy skills. He also holds an undergraduate degree in Economics, cum laude, from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Mr. Thode is licensed to appear before the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth, Tenth and D.C. Circuits and all Colorado state and federal courts.

Mr. Thode is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, the CBA Family Law Section, and Colorado Lawyers for the Arts.

Mr. Thode lives in Denver with his wife and youngest of his four children. He is an active member in the Cherry Hills Community Church.
